These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlockBreaker100 (blockbreaker100.com), a free browser game website published by the PLAY100 Network. Please read them before using the site.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using BlockBreaker100, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to use BlockBreaker100. Your use of the site is itself your acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Editorial Policy, and DMCA Policy. Together they form the full agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.

2. Who We Are

BlockBreaker100 is owned and published by the PLAY100 Network, which operates multiple free browser game domains under a shared infrastructure. These Terms apply uniformly across the sites in that network, though each site publishes its own copy.

3. Who May Use the Site

BlockBreaker100 is intended for a general audience and its content is written to be appropriate for younger players.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 13, please do not use BlockBreaker100. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Your License to Use the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BlockBreaker100 for your own non-commercial enjoyment and reference.

This license does not include any right to:

• copy, reproduce, or republish our written content on another site or service
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site by any automated means
• frame, embed, mirror, or re-host the site or the games it presents
• resell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the site

Automated systems and AI

We want our guides to be useful to players wherever they read them, including through AI assistants and search tools. So, as an exception to the restrictions above, you may:

5. The Games on This Site

This is the most important thing to understand about how BlockBreaker100 works.

The games playable on BlockBreaker100 are embedded HTML5 games provided by third parties. They run inside an iframe served from the game provider's own systems. We do not develop, own, or control the games themselves, and we do not claim any ownership of them.

Accordingly:

• No affiliation. Unless we state otherwise on a specific page, BlockBreaker100 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any game developer, publisher, or rights holder whose game appears on this site.
• Third-party behavior. A game's own behavior — how it plays, what it stores in your browser, how it performs — is determined by its provider, not by us. Your use of an embedded game may also be subject to that provider's own terms.
• Availability can change. A game may be modified, updated, or withdrawn by its provider at any time, with or without notice to us. We may also remove a game from the site at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any particular game will remain available.
• Rights concerns. We make good-faith efforts to present only games we are permitted to display. If you hold rights in a game presented here and believe it should not be, contact us — see Section 17.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

Apart from the games themselves, the material on BlockBreaker100 — including our guides, strategy articles, FAQs, descriptions, original screenshots and annotated images, page layout, and site design — is created by our editorial team and is owned by the PLAY100 Network or used with permission. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may quote short excerpts of our written content for commentary, news reporting, or educational purposes, provided you credit BlockBreaker100 and link to the page you are quoting. Anything beyond that requires our written permission.

7. Trademarks and Third-Party Names

Game titles, developer names, logos, and other marks that appear on BlockBreaker100 are the property of their respective owners. We use them only to identify and describe the games we cover — a descriptive, editorial use. Their appearance here does not imply ownership by us, nor any endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership between the rights holder and BlockBreaker100.

If you are a rights holder and object to how your mark is used on this site, contact us and we will review it promptly.

8. Ratings, Feedback, and Reports

BlockBreaker100 lets you rate a game using a star rating and, on some pages, indicate whether you liked it. You may also send us corrections, questions, or suggestions by email.

By submitting a rating, correction, or suggestion, you agree that:

• your submission is your own honest opinion or observation
• you will not submit anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing
• we may use, publish, adapt, or discard your submission without payment, attribution, or any obligation to you
• aggregate rating data may be displayed publicly on the site and included in structured data we publish about a game

Ratings are recorded in your own browser to prevent duplicate voting; see Section 10 and our Cookie Policy.

We are not obligated to publish, keep, or act on any submission, and we may remove ratings we believe to be automated, manipulated, or submitted in bad faith.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or circumvent any security or access control measure
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers that respect our robots.txt
• manipulate ratings, or submit ratings by automated means
• introduce malware, or any code intended to damage or impair the site or other users' devices
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the site
• impersonate BlockBreaker100, the PLAY100 Network, or any of our staff

10. Game Progress and Browser Storage

BlockBreaker100 does not use accounts. Your game progress, high scores, and rating history are saved in your own browser's local storage — they stay on your device and are not stored on our servers.

This means:

• clearing your browser data, using private browsing, switching browsers, or switching devices will reset your progress
• we cannot recover, restore, transfer, or back up your progress, because we never had a copy of it
• a game's own storage behavior is controlled by that game's provider

Our Cookie Policy describes exactly what is stored and under which keys.

11. Free to Use; Advertising

BlockBreaker100 is free to use. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, and no paid tier. We do not ask you for payment or financial information at any point.

Advertising. BlockBreaker100 may display advertising supplied by third-party advertising networks. Advertising is not currently active on this site; if and when we enable it, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe what is collected and how you control it, and we will obtain consent where the law requires it before any non-essential cookie is set.

Where advertising appears, it is selected and served by the advertising network, not by us. An advertisement's presence on BlockBreaker100 is not our endorsement of the advertiser, its products, or its claims, and any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.

What we will not do. Advertising is separate from our editorial work. We do not publish affiliate links, sponsored articles, or paid placements, and our guides are not influenced by any commercial relationship — see our Editorial Policy. Advertising will always be visually distinct from our editorial content. If any of this ever changes, we will update these Terms and the relevant policies before the change takes effect.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

BlockBreaker100 may link to third-party websites — for example, an encyclopedia entry, a news report, or an official developer page. We provide those links for reference only. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.

The site also relies on third-party infrastructure to operate — content delivery, our content platform, hosting and network protection — and, if we enable them, an advertising network, an analytics provider, and a consent management platform. Those providers process data under their own terms; our Privacy Policy lists which services are involved and what each one does.

13. Availability and Changes to the Site

We aim to keep BlockBreaker100 available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, due to technical problems, or for reasons outside our control.

We may add, change, or remove any part of the site — including games, pages, and features — at any time, without notice and without liability to you.

14. Disclaimers

BlockBreaker100 and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

In particular, we do not warrant that:

• the site or any game will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• defects will be corrected
• the site or its servers are free of harmful components
• our guides, tips, or strategies will produce any particular result in a game

Our guides describe games as we observed them at the time of writing. Games change. Where a guide has become inaccurate, tell us and we will correct and re-date the page, as described in our Editorial Policy.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the PLAY100 Network, BlockBreaker100, and their operators, staff, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Because BlockBreaker100 is provided free of charge, this allocation of risk is a fundamental part of the agreement between us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PLAY100 Network, BlockBreaker100, and their operators and staff from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

If you believe content on BlockBreaker100 infringes your copyright, follow the notice procedure set out in our DMCA Policy, which also explains our counter-notice process and our repeat infringer policy.

Our content is provided for information and entertainment. It is not professional advice of any kind.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when the site gains a feature or when the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Your continued use of BlockBreaker100 after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

21. Suspension of Access

We may restrict or block access to BlockBreaker100 — for any user, at any time, without notice — where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the site, its users, or a third party's rights, or where these Terms have been breached.

Sections that by their nature should survive — including Sections 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 22, and 23 — remain in effect after your use of the site ends.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on mandatory local consumer protections, nothing in this section removes that right.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

23. General Terms

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site, and replace any earlier understanding on the subject.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to an affiliate or successor within the PLAY100 Network.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and us.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
